Fernando Moleres is a Basque photographer, born in 1963 in Bilbao, who lives in Barcelona and takes socially committed documentary photography.
A training nurse, in 1991 he published his first photographs in the media. He traveled to Nicaragua for work in 1987, during the Sandinista period, and there he began to appreciate the value of photography and learned how to do it himself. Until 1994 he combined his graphic reports with nursing to later devote himself fully to documentary photography.
